Meal options are limitless with our beef as the main ingredient. I was recently contacted by one of our customers asking for suggestions in helping them with their meal planning. It prompted me to create this page to share ideas for meal planning, some of our favorite ways to use our beef as well as resources for recipes.
Meal Suggestions using our cuts of beef
Ground Beef - hamburgers, tacos, shepherds pie, meat loaf, meatballs, spaghetti, chili.
Hamburger Patties - hamburgers (grilled or fried in a pan), hamburger steaks with brown or white gravy, hamburger steaks with mushrooms and onions.
Roasts - roasts are perfect for Sunday lunch or dinner any day! We offer bone in and boneless roasts. A family favorite is a chuck roast with onions, carrots and potatoes cooked in a crock pot!
Flank, Skirt & flat iron steaks - perfect for stir fry or fajitas.
Kabobs - perfect to put on the grill on a skewer in between your favorite veggies. If the weather is perfect for grilling, you can put them on your griddle or grill pan for the oven top.
Cube Steak - our tender cube steak is perfect breaded and fried, or covered in white or brown gravy. Our cube steak is the perfect main ingredient for country style steak. A family favorite is to brown the cube steak on both sides and then to place in a crock pot with brown gravy. After it is good and tender served over white rice, this is a delicious meal!
Ribeyes, New York Strips, Tenderloins or Sirloins - the grill is calling for our steaks, simply season with your favorite seasoning and throw the on the grill. If you are wanting a hearty chili, add some sirloin steak instead of ground beef to your favorite recipe.
Ribs - smoked or braised, served with corn on the cob or over mashed potatoes and your favorite reduction.
Osso Bucco - perfect braised and served over mashed potatoes, the meat will fall off the bone.
Brisket - can be smoked or cooked low and slow in the oven for brisket tacos or shredded and served with your favorite sides.
